EASTERN TECHNIQUES: Based on activation of energy flow in the body through acupressure points, affecting muscles and internal organs. Used for general and specific healing, sport injuries, invigoration and relaxation. Based on Ying-Yang and the 5 Elements theory.
Chi Kung (Chinese): Manipulation of energy fields
Wudan (Chinese): Invigorating massage used by Shaolin and Wudan Monks
Shiatsu (Japanese): Using finger pressure of acupoints and joint-pulling
Tui Na (Chinese): Acupressure and joint-pulling affecting and promoting the balanced, harmonious function of internal organs.
WESTERN TECHNIQUES: Modern body manipulation techniques, designed to enhance health, cure muscle injuries and some medical infirmities.
Swedish Massage: A European approach, versatile light and deep tissue manipulation in the body.
Aromatherapy: Using essential oils in a relaxing and restorative massage, combining the stimulating sense of smell with the healing values of touch for mind and body wellness.
Hydrotherapy: The usage of various water temperatures, such as hot or cold wraps, to promote healing and relaxation in the body.
